My online payment for an iStore Order has failed. Do I need to create a new Order?

If you are not registered, you need to create a new Order.

If you are a registered customer, all you need to do is to make a payment on your existing Order by following the steps given below:

a) Click on 'My Account' situated on the top right of Home Page  and enter your username/password info.
b) Then click on the order, select the failed order, and proceed with the payment.

Once you make the payment, we will do the needful.
