What is the return policy?
- Products sold by our chennaimath.org are supported by our return policy.
- We need some form of proof ( a picture/photo of that item) that the item is defective along with the order number, order date and stating the nature of the defect.
- To submit a request to support@chennaimath.org and select the category shipping. Photo/picture must be attached to your message. The replacement product will be sent to your shipping address, once the defect is confirmed.
