Please send us the screenshot of the damaged or defective book within 7 days of delivery of the product. Once, we confirm with our publication department; we shall send you a new copy of the book. Our return or refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
