What should I do if an item is defective?
If it's a few pages missing from a book or a CD/DVD, that's not working, please email to
support@chennaimath.org and we will send you a replacement. If it's a damaged item during shipping, we will need some form of proof that the item (a picture/photo of that item) is defective and we can ship the product again.
